Welcome to the Moonblog!
The Moon represents our emotional and intuitive selves. The essence of Yin, or feminine energy, the Moon is illuminating, activating, expressive. magnetic and cyclical in Nature.
Working with the Moon’s energy helps us connect with our intuition, authentic emotions, creativity, subconscious beliefs and receptivity.
New Moons
Occur when the Moon is between the Sun and Earth, and appears as almost completely dark in the night sky. New Moons are times of beginnings and are aligned times to set intentions, plant seeds and start new projects/goals.
Full Moons
Occur when the Moon is opposite the Sun, and fully illuminated. Full Moons are times of illumination, harvest and letting go. Full Moons often pull emotions from our depths, similar to how they pull the tides from the oceans. Full moons are great for getting clear and letting go.
Both new and full Moons often inspire inner reflection and outward creativity.
